  • in simple terms, we use ingredients that are good for your gut. ingredients that don’t typically disrupt the healthy functioning of a happy digestive system, thus eliminating feelings of “gluttony” or discomfort after a sweet treat.

    we base our recipes on modern digestion-healthy nutrition, along with ancient traditions that eliminate the key food groups which can typically harm the digestive system. This means our products are…

    plant based, gluten free, organic, nourishingly sweetened (so no chemically derived sugars, only sugars that still have their vitamins + minerals intact to balance out the digestive process + not cause harmful “sugar spikes”), indigestible starch + gum free, and no peanut, soy, corn, + vegetable or blended oils.

  • refrigerate upon arrival to last a good 6 days, or simply freeze upon arrival to last a month. to recapture that fresh-baked joy, warm your goods in the oven until the shell is slightly crisp + the inside is warm; approx 350 F for 5 - 6 mins is mwah.

  • all goods are fresh-baked + shipped. depending on our kitchen schedule + the time you placed your order, your goods will arrive between 1 - 5 business days. we also avoid shipping at the end of the week so your goods aren’t held hostage on a sunday.
